Search by series

All images in the archive are part of a series, or collection. Images in the same collection are typically photographs taken by the same photographer, from the same location or theme. When you type in a search word, the results reveal thousands of single images. This can be narrowed down by collection.

To search the archive by series, or collection, instead of by single images, simply check the box next to "Search by series," below the search box.

You can further refine your search by selecting a photographer from the drop down menu, or adding keywords to the search field. For more information on refining your search, click here.

Each thumbnail that appears will contain the title of the series below the image. Select the desired series thumbnail to view all the images in the series, or collection.
